@LawHANWEI and @torchwoodny You have the same issue. The pack (relic cargo package) you bought is no longer available and this causes the error. I added your account data to the investigation ticket.

@EA_Gunner Appreciate the prompt reply. This is much more efficient than the in game chat service. Hope this may be resolve soon.
We were keen to support game content with our purchases but as a result it backfired and we were lock out the game and as a result loss out opportunities with conquest and Rote. Hope there may be some compensation for inconveniences caused.
