What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? Android 13, samsung

Date first occurred: End of August 8th into the 9th.
Troubleshooting steps tried: When i log in with my google play account the game fails to get past the loading screen (fails right after it says "loading cantin") and displays an error code 3.0. I have uninstalled the game, clear caches of both the game and google play, cleared data of game, i have restarted my phone, ensured all aspects are updated, tried different wifi networks, attempted login on different device with same result, found the game when not connected to google play account functions properly, and reset my ea account password since that had helped others in the past, logged out and logged back into my google play account. Nothing has worked and this is now going on 3 days of no access. Is there someway expedite the process of getting this issue looked at or resolving the issue in some other way (transfer the account data to a different google account).
