Continually receiving this error after GAC launched. First time was approx 545pm ET.

i am getting error code 3 in a prompt to contact if I have good connection. I have tried on LTE and wifi, no luck. Reinstalled, no luck.

    I was able to get into the game BEFORE GAC again, and after I cannot. 

    I would like some actual support, the in game chat has just been repeating the things from the troubleshooting guide as though I have not already tried it with proof several times before.

    I am looking for a solution, not to be poorly helped by a poor lot designed support system. 

    you are costing paying customers rewards, I will now lose the entire week of GAC and be out a significant amount of rewards… 

    please help. This is frustrating and very poor service that I have to post pubically to get answers on a huge title…

    Still locked out.

    In game support constantly giving articles off this exact forum that I have already mentioned trying with no help…

    Even one for error 3 that’s CLEARLY shows someone from CG needs to resolve something on THEIR end.

    Article is 4 years old and there is not finally solutions or Answers to the cause of this, every agent just blows off that accountability to their customer to explain why…

    Tried 3 devices, per your instructions and nothing works. 4th day locked out.

    photos of useless agents included. All responses contradict my feedback…

    The in game help is completely useless… they continue to just make assumptions and NOT read the input. 

    This is incredibly frustrating experience.

    @EA_HighCommandI have just tried again, 510pm AFTER GAC has concluded and was able to get in. But I doubt it will last. 

    This error has created 2 losses for me. No way for sure - but I would be interested in at least compensation for the losses…

    Attached are my defence and my 2 matches. Why is my defense not being set despite being setup?
    Why am I able to log in AFTER the GAC event has concluded?

    Can you please expand on the error?

    At 510 when I tried the game finally pushed the rest of the “game data” and showed me a ~550mb download and seems to work ok.
