Error Code 9.0 when unlinking EA account — need server-side unlink

Hi,   I'm stuck with the Error Code 9.0 unlink bug in Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes and in-game/EA support haven't been able to help, so I'm hoping a community manager can route this to the game team...

So unfortunate, I'm having the exact same problem. I send several tickets to EA Support, but they give me nothing close to a solution
