Error Code 9.78

I am trying to transfer my SWGOH account to a new device using the EA connect feature. On my new device, I am able to log-in, and see my old SWGOH profile, however I get error code 9.78 every time I try and load it.

  • I'm having the exact same issue. I came back to the game after about a 3 month hiatus.  Obviously i logged in here fine, logged into the webstore for the free items there just fine. Yet when i log in game Error Code 9.78.

    @Barbarossa5 Really hoped that was going to work for me too but I still get the same bs cycle with the same code.

    It does'nt Work out. I can log here, i can log on the store, i can log on a PC, but not on my New phone, to play the game always getting error 9.78. I am using a Samsung galaxie s20fe. My internet connection is more then fine where I am.
