Error code 9

I'm having a problem with the game Star Wars Galaxy of Heroes. I have a level 85 account (Comancheebr), but when I try to log in through Google Play Games, the account recognizes the game, but when I try to select it, a message appears saying that the account is already linked to a Google account, followed by error 9. I will send screenshots of the errors. I contacted the support team on the EA website, they redirected me to in-game support, but I couldn't find a solution there either. Could someone help me?
