Error message when crafting and lost gear after spending crystals for refreshes

Hey @ImperialPerks and @Lordmoll_27, if you had the content and it went missing from your account please contact the EA Help Support team asap so they can take a look into things for you. 

I have now and was told it was a known issue they are working on. No word on timing, but they are working on it. 

@ImperialPerks I just realised something there. You mentioned two things happened for you here.

1.  "I tried to craft the Mk12 Amatek Fusion Furnace component, but it told me that I had already crafted this piece of gear, even though I had not."
2. "When I restarted my crystals were still spent, but I no longer had the additional pieces of gear for Han."

The second one is a known issue (edit to add link to new thread on issue) but the first part - the error you got with the MK12 Amatek Fusion furnace component - sounds different from the known issue.

Are you sure you were crafting this piece and not the gear 12 finisher (power cell injector function) for Han Solo by any chance? 

Update: To help limit confusion on the issue being discussed in this thread, I'll create a new thread for the second issue (gear upgrade lost after) here - thread. Please head over there to join in that discussion and we'll keep this thread for the error message that popped up when crafting. I'll update the thread title to reflect that change.
