Error when claiming webstore purchases

I purchased 3 crystal treasuries. Upon collecting the rewards within the game, I first received an Error message stating “There was an error with this guild invitation”

then after closing and restarting the app, trying to collect the rewards again I got an error stating  “did not find any matching entitlement”
