@DarthFehnor Because your account is not linked to SWGoH. The system will send you a verification code as long as the email is associated with an EA account.

To get help with account recovery, you need to contact EA Help.

@DarthFehnor Have you tried Google Support to get access to the GP account your game is linked with?
And do you know your case number for the EA Help case?
