Error with purchase

Hi,

I have had an issue with a purchase.

I attempted to buy the £3.99 era currency pack and after purchasing and money coming out of my account the game said there was an error with the purchase and instead of getting the era currency I was given 480ish crystals which is nowhere near the value of what I purchased. 

I got an error message that stated it was to get as close to return value as possible but thats nowhere near. 

How do I fix this?
