ErrorCode: 3 during startup, unable to start the game

Today I tried to start the game and got an error error from time, launch, the error says that I may have a problem with the internet, but the internet is fine. There is a restart button and contact support. Restart restarts the game but the same error appears. contact support redirects me to the browser and opens a 404 page.
Stop it delete my message, it won't fix the error, fix the error!
