It seems fixed. But since it was cause by EA I lost the GA round. Is ea going to compensate everyone that was affected?

Not sure if the update today was supposed to include a fix for this, but still occurring in GAC. Just lost my Jedi Master Luke Skywalker squad to locking up loading into my first GAC battle.
It's still happening in GAC, SA, FA..and it's been going on for weeks now. Trying to report the issue through in-game help only leads to copy/paste responses and brushing it off like it's my equipment causing the issue.
Since the crystals were moved to GAC its kind of unforgivable leaving an issue this big unattended for this long and for most businesses they would be pressured to fix these kinds of things before anything else but instead we get new characters and more bugs added.
Any update on the matter from your side?
Of course they are aware of it.
6 weeks with this problem and still unsolved.
Many people like me losing teams in gac due to this shitbug and no apologizes or compensations.

There was an update on the 12th/13th (depending on your timezone) was released aiming to address the freezing but it doesn't seem to have done the trick. The team are still looking into this as a result. CG_Tusken_Meathead shared this the other day :
