Executor event

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug I was waiting for the Executor event on November 16th. The problem is that I didn't have access to the event and I already have the requirements for a few weeks. After contacting EA in the chat, I was told that the update was on the 16th of November and I only received the update available on the 17th of November. My game has automatic updates and I believe there may have been a bug in the update taking into account my location or time zone. I am waiting for help on this issue, bearing in mind that it is a discriminatory situation. Thanks.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dont know.

The Executor event did not appear in my game on the 16th of November and the update only appeared on the 17th of November. The game update is automatic and I don't know if it is related to my location (Portugal) or time zone, I didn't have access to the event.
  • It shouldn't have anything to do with the update. The event is available through the Journey Guide, not events. If you were finished with the requirements, you should have been able to see a countdown in Journey Guide (the Journey needs to be activated) prior to the start.

    It shouldn't have anything to do with the update. The event is available through the Journey Guide, not events. If you were finished with the requirements, you should have been able to see a countdown in Journey Guide (the Journey needs to be activated) prior to the start.

    @crzydroidI also experienced this problem and missed executor. Did you have to have the journey active to open it. After I met the requirements I switched back to Kenobi, and never saw anything?

    Yes, you have to activate the Executor journey and enter the event through Journey Guide just like you would for a Galactic Legend. After you unlock Executor, then the bonus tier shows up in the event section (and packs show up in the store).
