but which of these categorys offers a Chat? I clicked through every single one and have no chat option at all.

Community ManagerFor each account it might be different. I've seen cases where I was able to start a chat immediately and other players reported only having the email option.
Chat is usually available when selecting the option to "Manage my account"
No, the "manage account" section is just consisting of links which redirects me to the normal EA online accounts settings page.

What do you mean by that? Different accounts have different help options, or what?
Through whatever option I'm going, there is no chat option. Just the normal links which are useless here.
