I'm sure there is no bug. Some of my guildmembers had the same iusse. I did it on two diffrent Accounts. Bring her up to Level 80 and gear 8. Max out her payout and you will get it. Every member i asked had the same "problem". Fennecs payout was NOT on Level 3. Its Not said the Quest but it MUSST BE LEVEL 3.

Might be that, thanks, I'll try this.. but They should have specified it. It's a paid game. We are paying for a lot of things, and they leave much to be desired.
