Fennec's SP2 didn't do damage to the weakest

Fennec's sp2 I Don't Miss says:

do damage to all but the weakest, THEN do bonus damage to the one who is the weakest at the beginning of the ability.

Actually in the battle, you may see Fennec shoots and harms everyone but the weakest, then applies Armor Shred to the target, while whether your target is the weakest or not, Fennec would not harm the one who is the weakest at first. I usually use her to give Armor Shred to my priority and finish the weakest passingly, but I found it noneffective since some version.

I tested this in the GC and all enemies received damage.

I also had this happening in geo tb. Never had any damage applied to the weakest enemy. Slowed it down to 1x after I noticed to be sure. Fennec hit everyone else, but not the weakest. Had seasoned veteran, so couldn't be a miss. Watched it about 10 times over the 2nd to 4th waves.

Done some further testing in gal war, cantina battles and galactic challenge.
Before reaching payout the ability is working properly. After payout the ability no longer does any damage to the weakest enemy.

@EA_HighCommand This was in the latest update: UNIT - Fixed issue which prevented Fennec Shand's Special ability, "I Don't Miss", from dealing damage to the weakest enemy once her contract was completed.

But it is not fixed. Just tested in gal war, conquest and challenges. Fennec always misses the weakest enemy after payout.

Not sure how this made it into the patch notes, but it is not yet fixed, the team is still investigating.
