Finalizer LSB not giving Relic Characters

I have the finalizer. I have all the characters but they weren't Relic 7. When reading the description of the Lightspeed bundle it said that with the purchase of the light speed bundle it will Relic my characters up to 7. It did not. I received no crystals nor did any of my characters get relic 7. I already have galactic legend Kylo Ren. I really just bought the Lightspeed bundle so I didn't half to waste my time getting my other characters to Relic 7, I'm lazy. I texted back and forth with EA's help desk showed them a receipt, my Ally code, my player code and screenshotted my characters to show them that they were not relic'd. The help desk said they submitted my issue but have stated that only upvotes on issues on the forum statistically get looked at first. So here's me looking for upvotes so they fix my issue.
