We attempted to replicate your report on our site but could not find any issues. The Data disk summons Ben Solo at the start of the battle with the team you mentioned in the report.
Can you tell me what conquest difficulty you were playing?
In what sector did the issue occur?
Did the issue occur against a specific opponent?
I'm having this issue too. I'm on Hard mode, it's happening in Sector 2 against bad batch (two nodes after JKL mini boss). He summoned fine against General Kenobi Jedi (three nodes before JKL). Works fine against Bossk too.
