We attempted to replicate your report on our site but could not find any issues. The Data disk summons Ben Solo at the start of the battle with the team you mentioned in the report.
Can you tell me what conquest difficulty you were playing?
In what sector did the issue occur?
Did the issue occur against a specific opponent?
Hard - Sector 4 - 3 nodes after Ben Solo Boss - battle choices are GAS or DR. I also tried it in battles in all other Sectors.
Tried it in Sector 4, node 1 against Vader and the node after the 2nd Jawa in Sector 3 against Inquisitorius and he summoned. Went back to the GAS and DR node and he did not summon. Have wasted about 200 crystals and 250 tickets testing this and I am stuck on this node so was hoping the summoning of Ben would put me over.
I have the same issue (Ally code: 848-424-572, iOS 15.6)
Datadisk is equipped but Ben Solo did not appear - tested several times
I am in Hard Mode, Sektor 5, 3rd battle before the final boss (GAS)
The battle before Ben Solo appeared.
