I have the same issue (Ally code: 848-424-572, iOS 15.6)

Datadisk is equipped but Ben Solo did not appear - tested several times

I am in Hard Mode, Sektor 5, 3rd battle before the final boss (GAS)

The battle before Ben Solo appeared.

    Was there any resolution to this or will there be any reimbursement for crystals that were wasted (since event is over, tickets can’t be reimbursed).
