Formal request for Refund - Nerfing my investment is NOT acceptable

What type of issue do you have? Gameplay
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug CG continually nerfing characters the community invests real $ and time to buy, build, and utilize to gain exclusivity and higher performance as a result. If every team or character is going to be no better than another, what's the point? We don't spend $ on a whim. We do it to gain exclusivity. To gain an advantage. Now you're just nerfing that advantage!
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game. Read the article. Use your brain.

As indicated in this thread, https://forums.galaxy-of-heroes.starwars.ea.com/discussion/161684/game-content-philosophy-mega, I am hereby formally requesting a full refund of the thousands (>$10,000) I have spent on this game. I cannot stand by and allow my investments to continually be nerfed because CG doesn't like it. You release all these new characters with good/great skills that help us elevate our performance in the game and then, with the stroke of the proverbial pen, NERF those abilities. And for what? Because that toon or team or mechanic happens to beat some new game feature or mode you introduce? How about the original builders of your car or home came back after you bought and completely took away all the features that lead you to buying it in the first place?

Fortunately, Google keeps immaculate receipts of all transactions. I look forward to submitting a detailed list for full refund!

I haven't spent nothing near the amount of the OP but I think I'd like my $$ back as well. This is getting ridiculous. Fix the STH issue - no one is complaining about that, but leave everything else alone... or refund.
Or fix OUR DAMN bugs we have with toons while you're "fixing" the Beta Raid going on.
As I've posted many, MANY, many times, is it too much to ask that things work?

my wife spent the last 3 months working Rez and put a zeta on Finn last week to turn around and get completely screwed

You are not paying for exclusivity, but rather conenience. Refunds on a nerfed toon aren't a thing, that is just unfortunate on your part.
Solution? Do not purchase during meta change periods.

Spending $10k on any game is ludicrous. You got personally nerfed by investing that kind of money on a game that changes.

Thank you for your opinion on what I do and do not do with my $. Before you troll, consider if you have anything useful to contribute or were personally impacted by the topic at hand. If the answer is no, move on. FYI - this was one of those instances.

Before you bother trolling this thread more, please Google "bait and switch" and "not as advertised". Then, consider if something like this happened to you and how you would feel. What legal options would you take? In either case, I thank you to move on and troll elsewhere.

Yes and yes. Recent purchases made towards the sith raid are nullified by these changes. They were made under false pretenses and should be deemed acceptable for refund. This changing the goalposts to make sure the content takes longer to finish is for what? What else does the CG team do?
It’s obvious from all the obvious bugs and connection issue they aren’t focused on maintaining or quality testing their content.
