Framerate issue since update on pc app

same here. i updated after this wednesday's update and everything is locked at 30-ish fps

Same. I have tried all possible things to see if it fix it, without success:

• Switching between all 3 V-Sync modes
• Changing window mode and resolution
• Enabling/Disabling Anti-Aliasing
• Waiting for 10 minutes
• Reinstalling

Normally the fps tank for a few seconds or minutes when the game downloads and compiles new game files like assets, shaders and such. 
I have tried to find the location of these extra downloaded files to force the game to reinstall them as well, but I was not able to find them. The installation folder itself is only the base client, which is 259MB large, the whole game should be something like 1GB+.

Also experiencing this. The main hub screen runs like a slideshow. Opening a Bronzium pack its very noticeable too. This happens both with and without V-sync.
