Free daily web pack not in web store

Hi, myself and several guild mates have checked our web store today, however the free pack is not showing up in any of our web store, we have not redeemed it since yesterday all accounts are in the ...

    Found the reason, you can only get 25 of them. So people that can still get some probably missed some earlier in the month.

    But the lack of comunication is huge… if CG can confirm what I say, it would be great !!

I also have this problem and the lack of it showing up does correspond to the 25 limit mentioned above. Still would be nice to have a confirmation.
