Frustrated and need direct help from developer

I was banned in game a month ago and have gone through the appeals process many times. I understand that it says it isn't a guarantee to be unbanned, but I seem to have banned for ingame messages... Which definitely doesn't seem to make sense for a permanent ban.

I definitely can accept a suspension, or mute for my inappropriate language, but a permanent ban isn't proportional. My account is several years old and has money spent on it... I beg to at least get a real human to look into the unbanning process.

I haven't even been accused of cheating, which from my understanding is typically the only source of bans.
