Fury Class Interceptor

I have been going back and forth with “EA Help” since 1/6/25 because I didn’t receive my 30 shards of fury class interceptor. Is anyone else also having that issue, and did anyone get any sort of solution from Swgoh? They basically told me they would forward my complaint to the team. lol. I’m not getting my shards I guess.
