GA - No Defense (3rd try)

What type of device are you experiencing the issue with? Galaxy A12

What type of issue do you have? Missing Rewards
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug There was no defense, as it should be in GA, like in Round 2. So I lost the fight, with aximum Banners for my opponent.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look into my account. Look at the pictures.

Hello again EA!

I have a problem in the GA in round 3.

After I set my defense in round 1 and it reappeared in round 2, it is now completely missing in round 3.

I haven't made any changes. Which is also shown by the fact that not even 1 team was on the defensive.

Accordingly, it should have led to an automatic defense, which did not happen.

After the first and secod try, i try to contact CG, but I'm always rediredte to this site.

I hope that somebosy can help me here soon. And maye someone from EA, who can look into an account.

Like the Issues from RCraven1.

Thank you for your report again. You have been informed twice already about a known issue with auto-deploy defense failing. As already explained our team is investigating and working on a fix. Also you have a completely different issue as RCraven had. RCraven was missing winning points, got his rewards delayed, and was relegated. You will need to wait until the issue will be solved.

I think I understand your post.

But it is not solving my problem.
All I want, is nearly the same what RCraven1 would like to have.

The missing rewards.
So, let's get this straif forward.

You know, there is a bug. Or CG knows about it.
Nobody inform the player about this bug. Expect them, who have this bug.

Fixing this bug will take time. It is an alredy known bug from September 2021, so far I know now.

So I don't want to wait for fixing this bug. Becaus it isn't helping me with the problem I have. I'm missing the reward. And everyone here understand, that the reason for my missing rewards, is a already know bug.
So, eays way to make me happy, contact CG, tell them they should send out the missing rewards, and everthing will be fine.

Hi again.

I can understand you are trying to get your missing rewards, but you cannot compare two different cases. Rcraven got his rewards from the system automatically like any other player with similar issue. Your report is still under investigation and has not been fixed yet. If you are looking for missing content you can reach out to EA Help and ask them for assistance.

I have exactly the same problem, started the GAC match and my round one defence was not carried over to round two.

I was told my support to reinstall my game, this is in fact a server-side issue and not a local client issue.
