Hey, I'm sorry to hear you had this issue during the first round of the Grand Arena event currently active. There are 2 more rounds left, can you please try the following and let me know if you encounter the same issue in the following rounds?
1. Uninstall the game
2. Make sure you are connected to a strong and stable Wi-Fi
3. Reinstall the game
4. Launch the game and leave it in the home screen for around 30 min so it can finish downloading all assets correctly.
