We noticed this too in my guild. There is a 1 hour gap between review phase end and next one beginning. One of the members didn't join the last GA, so we compared countdown timers. Someone miss-scheduled the events...

CG should really know better by now than to have events start on the weekends since they don't have a team that works weekends.
