We've checked that battle and you received indeed 62 banners for winning the battle as you described plus the 153 banners for the territory, resulting in 215 banners total for the fleet section.
Dou you have a screenshot of the victory screen by any chance?

Here are two screenshots from the next GAC round showing the same bug. The Victory message showed 65 banners but I believe I was only awarded 61 banners. The battle finished with Biggs and Ahsoka having full health and protection, Hound's Tooth and Eta-2 having full health, and Plo Koon and Sarge as unused reinforcements with full health and protection. That should be a total of 6 ships with full health and 4 ships with full protection, which is displayed correctly. However, it has also awarded an extra 4 banners for Unused Slots. If the unavailable 4th reinforcement slot doesn't count as an Unused Slot, when using a 6-star Capital Ship, this Victory message is bugged and is displaying the wrong total.
