GAC 5v5 SLKR BUG

Just played 5v5 match against mirror SLKR + DSR with her datacrons on both sides, My team was much stronger (relic 9 slkr vs relic 7 theirs, same in terms of other first order teams members) and during the battle 2 bugs occured:

1. I was not able to kill any opponent toons they would not go below 1% of health, same happened to my toons my opponent was not able to kill them either. so i was stuck in the loop unable to win the match which basically costed me a match as i cannot kill that team with anything else.
2. When i submitted the result of the match where SLK and all the enemy team members where at 1 % health the game decided to refuse the submit and now they are again at 100% health.

Has anyone had similar problem? am i missing something?

this seems ridiculous - many ppl play the game for GAC and this kind of bugs really **bleep**s up the game....

is there any way anyone could look into this?   (all screens are attached, their SLKR team after the match, the result, and my SLKR team)
