GAC champion awards missing?

Anyone else not receive champion awards from last week's GAC (ending 8/18?).

I contacted support, they verified that I got the 1st place awards... And then said they couldn't verify my claim.

It's super rare that I win all three battles, I wonder how often this happens? Those crystals would have been awesome to have!!!
