GAC Counting banners bug

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Summarize your bug November 13th, second round GAC. According to screenshots, started fleet battle with 622 total banners. Got 67 banners for winning. Conquest +153 banners. Total 220 banners. But after fleet battle I've got total banners 841. One banner is lost. In that situation +1 banner won't change the result of this round. I've won. But in other cases this bug can make players lose their rounds on GAC. Didn't checked other sectors, maybe we have same problems and wrong counting on other sectors. Anyway, each banner matters and can make you win or lose your round.
