GAC error constantly occurring

Everytime I battle in gac with toons (not fleets) I get this dang error at the end of the battle and have to restart the app. It's been going on for the past 2 GACs. Annoying and frustrating.

I should add this occurs on both full wifi and data

Hitting "Submit" multiple times will cause Error 32.0. We are tracking it HERE.

So I tried to make sure i only clicked once on yesterday's battles and still after two or three battles I got the same error
