GAC not allowing me to enter zones

I raised this yesterday as was unable to attack in GAC as the game would crash when opening any zone in GAC attack or defence. 
I screen recorded 3 mins of multiple attempts restarting the game and trying different avenues of getting into GAC. Cost me the match crystals and skill points. 
the game would freeze including the GAC countdown timer.
