GAC not recording results - no response from EA Help

I contacted in-app EA Help, and no response (this was nearly 20 hours ago).  The current round of GAC attack phase is four hours from ending, and I have not been able to do anything because of glitch...

Round ended - no rewards of any sort because it claimed I didn't participate.  Drop in rankings as well.  This is garbage.  Still no response from anyone through any channel.

Still nothing, days later.  I've deleted the app.
