GAC Point problem

I arrived to the fleet zone with 1389 point. I had a 67, a 70 and a 72 point fight. The zone itself is 219. This should be 1817 but I have 1808 point so I lost the round with 1 point… (first battle counted properly, second battle 3 points less, 3rd battle 6 points less.) pretty confusing and painful is crystals.
