I had this same issue... literally just spent 3 hours trying all sorts of things and feeling pretty sure I got 150 stacks but thought whatever and kept trying. and then had a battle where I used 5 tuskens, got the proc on taunt dispel and all had 27 stacks, 1 died but won the battle and got at least 20 stacks among the remaining 4 so I know for sure I got a total of 150+ stacks of momentum, but did not get the feat reward.

My attempt was on the 2nd tier battle, which will give me 3 + 3 tickets needed to get the 2nd best box (gold box 135 tickets).
