I'm also running into the same issue. I had over 214 stacks and was just down to finishing off Ahsoka. Never got the feat.

I ran my 5 Tuskens. Each had over 50 momentum, so more than 250. Won the battle without loosing a Tusken and did not get the reward for completing the feat. It was buckle up 3, and my Tuskens are low purple gear, level 60ish, no zetas.
This should be rewarding the feat too, but it's not.
Please give us the rewards for your bug, which is the 2nd time it's happened.
Lower tiers, still no feat. These rewards shouldn't be ignored because of an obvious glitch.
