Galactic Challenge Issue

Been doing this in-game for 10 days. Really mad I was told to come here and describe the issue again. Then, when this forum wouldn’t allow me to post, even though I was logged in, your useless help person in-game told me to come here to solve the problem; why have in-game help at all? Doing the Galactic Challenge event which ended in Mar 6th, there was a challenge to win after taking 8 turns in a row. I completed this on the top tier three times in two combats and was not awarded the challenge. I then tried on a lower tier, finished the combat on the 8th turn in a row and was also not awarded. I should have achieved the top tier rewards, but because I couldn't earn the challenge, I received a much lower reward.
