Galactic Legend: Ahsoka Tano Tier VI won't start

I'm trying to play Tier VI of the Ahsoka Tano Galactic Legend Event and it will not start. I have enough Light Side currency and the required units box is checked to indicate I have the required units, however, it will not start. Is there another requirement I'm missing?
