Galactic quest unbeatable

I’m doing the easy galactic quest and I have high quality characters, but on second level second stream the enemy don’t die.

I’m having the same issue. I removed all my data discs and tried several teams. The enemies were still unbeatable. Anyone know how to fix this?

Can you double check & make sure they have been removed. I've seen plenty of people that removed them, but did not "confirm" that they were to be removed
