Galactic Upgrade Kit

So the pricing was confirmed by Crumb as 6.99/7.99 but I was charged 27.99??  Did anyone have this same issue? Considering it is 4x the cost of what crumb confirmed yesterday?

    Hi @LifeSizedMeme, I'm afraid I've no visibility on your account to understand what's happened here to be able to give you any advise or specifics so I've touched base with an EA Help advisor. They've advised reaching out to them asap from your SWGOH account as they'll need to have a look at your account to see what's going on and from there assist you further. Hi,

I have already seen that post, as Crumb emphasises, the pack price was changed to 6.99 but I was charged 27.98 for it! This is 4x the amount!

how do I go about getting a refund for the difference?
