Game bugging each time revealing level 3 datacron

Thank you for sharing your findings. We tried to replicate your report on our site, but we couldn't confirm any issues.

I've been having the same issue, also Android (on a Google Pixel 7), also Europe. Is repeatable almost every time I level a datacron to lvl3, lvl6 or lvl9 and requires a complete restart of the app to continue playing.

Platform: iPhone 14 Pro
OS Version iOS 16.5.1

I have to restart the game usually when I upgrade Datacron to lvl 3 because "Tap anywhere to continue" doesn't do anything

@EA_Gunner try to replicate that with bigger sample (like 10 upgrades?)

Getting the exact same thing, happened to me multiple times yesterday. The only way out is to force quit the game.

If you want to recreate the problem do the following :

Take an L2 DC, hit upgrade to L3, after the confirm unlock pop up, touch the screen anywhere (before the tap to continue message) and everything locks up.

Take an L2 DC, hit upgrade to L3, after the confirm unlock pop up, DO NOT touch the screen (before the tap to continue message) and everything works fine.

I am also experiencing this issue, but only after unlocking level 6 or level 9. It won't let me tap to continue. I have to force close the game.

Yup. This is exactly it.

If I leave it alone (don't tap) until the "Tap Anywhere To Continue" message appears, it works without issue.

But if I tap early and repeatedly before the upgrade animation finishes playing, the screen stops responding to taps and I get stuck on the L3 upgrade screen (probably happens on L6 and L9 upgrades but I haven't experienced it myself). I'm not sure exactly the timing/frequency of the taps required to reproduce the issue though, because sometimes even if I tap early the issue doesn't reproduce.
