I have the same issue as you.
It seems someone hacked my account keep logging into my account, making my session expired.
Whenever I log into the game, the message saying "your session has expired. blah blah~" pops up.
While I was away for some time, my player ID has got changed, my resource like crystals and energies has been used up.
I asked for some help from General EA, but they just told me to secure the account with which my game account has been linked and there is nothing much to be done from their end.
