Game Closes When Switching Between Apps

Starting yesterday, the game completely closes if I switch to another app, then back to the game.  This could have *significant* impact if I were to switch between apps or allow my screen to lock dur...

Thanks for that link. You know what that makes sense. The screen sort of freezes for a second when you come out of the game and it rotates and you can see the widgets reloading. So it does seem to be a Google or at least pixel issue. 

Interestingly if I leave a game dialogue box open the problem doesn't happen.
