Samsung s21+ here as well and I have frequently been getting failures on the grand arenas. I like to start of with a strong team against their strongest and I should've learned my lesson not to take my best team but I thought I was alone in this. I'm not one to complain quickly but this behavior is bleeding into other aspects of the game where I have to hard refresh at least once a day if not multiple times.
I just went into Galactic ascension battle after writing this post and it froze there as well. Thankfully it was only 15 tickets but this is out of control.

Oh I've had it.
This has been happening for nearly 2 weeks and c.g. doesn't give a care.
In order to successfully play this damn game now you have to close out all apps, restart phone, open SWGOH, make 1 attempt at a battle or if you have been using the game for more than 3 minutes, force close app and repeat.
This is bullshyt. This literally adding hours to do simple tasks.
Some of us have played this game since the beginning and are quiting left and right just because of this stupid DataCraps, and now this bullshyt game freezes randomly on loading screens... you add those 2 together and it goes from "let's play SW GoH" to "let's cut the grass while it's raining outside cause it's just as fun and effective as TRYING to play SW GoH.
Did you see my post further down the thread. I am not happy about losing the dark side tickets because the game froze, nor am I happy about losing the 900 energy it took to farm those tickets, or the 600 crystals to get that energy or the actually MONEY I PAID TO BUY THOSE CRYSTALS! It’s been half a day and the in game help has not even replied to say they are looking at it. I don’t want freebies, I just want want i lost because your game glitched back. It should be a simple request.
About to lose guild mates due to battles locking on battle entry. GAC, TB and TW are all affected. Just lost my Rey resistance just now for this very reason. Game locks right up upon entering the battle.
