The issue described above has been reported by NUMEROUS users over the past 2 months. How's that fix coming?
Just a thought, but it might be wise to publicly acknowledge the problem en masse rather than making everyone post their complaints here. By now there should be hundreds of these alleged "flags" referred to in responses by your staff.
This issue was initially put off as a user error, and has only semi-recently been acknowledged as something more.
Please make some kind of general announcement in the forum to all players regarding this issue. Who knows, it might even save the company some money being as there may be fewer complaints which staff are being paid to review.
