How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Summarize your bug Went into a GAC battle and my game froze on the loading screen. Could not re-open and lost the battle which will likely cause me to lose the match and therefore no chance at winning this round.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It seems to be happening in many game modes, GAC and arena battles.
