Uninstalling and reinstalling fixed the problem for me,

Not the case on iOS. Uninstalling and reinstalling does not work.

How to get Undermine reward
Last event character event with Kleya, my progress got stuck on, and I didn't get the reward. This time progress didn't even move, staying 0/40. So I will not get rewarded again. I contacted support....

Cannot receive Undermine Progress for character quests
As the title would suggest...I can't receive any progress for this character feat. Testing software before release is lame, I agree. Nevertheless, maybe you can do something about this or something...
