Game crashes constantly after today’s update on iOS 14.6 (iPad Pro)

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Summarize your bug After today’s update, game crashes constantly after about 20-30 seconds or 1-2 clicks in game. Even after restarting the device and full wifi connection.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start the game on a similar device?

After today’s update (June 9), game crashes constantly after about 20-30 seconds or 1-2 clicks in game.Even after restarting the device and with full wifi connection. Game is not playable.

Edited so anyone else having the problem might see this - Tried the suggested solution for the Home/Back Button crashes and it worked for me:

- Change the in game language (in iPhone/iPad Settings…scrolling down until you get to the swgoh heroes app setting) or iPhone/iPad system language to English or, if your device is already set to English, change Region setting to English (US)

- restart the game and wait for the pop up ad for GL Kenobi to appear on the holo table/home screen.

- Close the ad & switch back to your usual language settings.

But it not a permanent solution
In orden to change this i had to change my iPhone’s language
I’m expected a permanent solution for this

@pablo251007 You need to go to your phone or iPad settings, scroll down until you get to the swgoh heroes app settings (where you can also set notifications etc) and there can change the language for the game. After the Kenobi ad appears in game, you can close the ad and can change it back to the language you usually have

Game on iOS now keeps crashing again because of the pop up update notification that AGAIN - like the Kenobi ad previously - cannot load unless the game is set to English/Region US. Apparently the developers keep suddenly forgetting that the game is international and not just played by people in the US. why has this not been resolved? @EA_UltraSlide

Just updated to IOS 14.6 Can't get into the game after Client renewal, past the Ren/Kylo main screen which says "Initializing Game Systems."

@HeraOrganaStill waiting on EA to acknowledge this. It is insupportable that you make a game available internationally and in multiple languages to now only keep coding pop up ads and update announcements working when the Region is set to US / language set to English. This is not a fix/solution.
